Formwork Checks
Before any concrete is poured, we check the formwork for both slabs is in the correct position and at the right levels - often a required condition of your development approval.

Final ID Survey / Report & WAE Plans
Once construction is complete, we return to site to survey both dwellings — confirming they comply with minimum setbacks and that stormwater drainage has been installed as per the approved plans, giving your certifier everything needed to issue the OC.

Subdivision Plan
Once your OC is issued, we prepare and lodge your Deposited Plan with NSW Land Registry Services — legally splitting your dual occupancy into two separate Torrens titles, allowing each dwelling to be sold or owned independently.
